Pinky Promise Launches Its First Physical Clinic, Expanding Its Integrated Women’s Healthcare Model

Mumbai, India, 16th April,2026:Pinky Promise, India’s first AI-enabled women’s digital clinic, has launched its first physical clinic in Mumbai, marking its expansion into in-person care. Having served over 4,00,000 women across every district in India through its mobile platform, the company is now extending its model to combine digital accessibility with in-person consultations.

Built by women, for women, the clinic has been designed from a patient’s perspective, rethinking what a healthcare experience should feel like. The space has been created to feel warm, safe, and inclusive from the moment a patient walks in, moving away from the often intimidating nature of traditional clinical environments.

Speaking on the launch, Divya Balaji Kamerkar, CEO and Co-Founder, Pinky Promise, said, “We set out to reimagine the clinic experience by putting women at the centre of every decision. For too long, healthcare has felt transactional or intimidating. With this clinic, we are creating a space where women feel comfortable, respected, and truly cared for, whether they interact with us online or in person.”

Care at the clinic is rooted in empathy and respect. Doctors prioritise listening as much as diagnosing, ensuring that every patient feels heard and understood. The experience is intentionally judgment-free, with a clear focus on eliminating body shaming, moral policing, and dismissive advice that many women have historically encountered in healthcare settings.

The clinic follows a strong commitment to evidence-based medicine, recommending only necessary tests and treatments while avoiding over-prescription and unnecessary interventions. Even the physical design reflects this philosophy, with consultation and examination areas created to feel more comforting and less clinical.

Care continues beyond a single visit. The clinic works seamlessly with the Pinky Promise app, allowing patients to stay connected with their doctors after consultations. This enables flexible follow-ups, ongoing guidance, and continuity of care without the need for frequent in-person visits.

Pinky Promise believes that women’s healthcare should go beyond pregnancy and address the full spectrum of a woman’s life, including her health, well-being, and productivity at every stage. The launch of the physical clinic is a step towards building a more supportive ecosystem, where women feel heard, respected, and empowered with the right medical guidance.

With this expansion, Pinky Promise aims to set a new benchmark in women’s healthcare, one that is accessible, empathetic, and designed around real patient needs.

Pinky Promise is backed by Rebalance Angels Collective and a group of marquee angel investors, having raised USD 1 million to scale its women’s healthcare platform across digital and physical care.
